Seafood Rice

Ingredients:
1 kg mixed seafood/seafood medley

1/2 cup rice
1 cup water
1 small onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, fined diced
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. pepper sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. saffron
Salt, to taste

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a Dutch Oven.  Add onion and cook for a few minutes, until onion is translucent. Add garlic, pepper sauce, paprika, saffron and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add seafood.  Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add water and rice.  Cook until rice is fully cooked adding more water if necessary.
