Parmesan Baked Mini Potatoes

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs. of mixed small potatoes (or any type of potatoes cut into pieces or wedges)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F.  Toss potatoes with all the ingredients.  Bake in a shallow dish until potatoes are tender.
