5 bananas (very ripe)
1 single serve container Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1.5 cups all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all ingredients, except flour, to a mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated. Slowly add the flour 1/2 cup at a time and continue mixing.
Divide into 12 muffin cups. Bake half an hour. Enjoy!
