Pumpkin Pie

This recipe is enough to fill 2 frozen pie shells or one large pie.


2 frozen pie shells (or make your own)
1 can pumpkin pie filling (make sure it is pumpkin pie filling and not pumpkin puree or pure pumpkin)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon


Preheat oven to 300°F.  Mix all the ingredients (except pie shells) until well blended.  Pour into pie shells and bake for about 45 minutes, if you are just making one larger pie, cooking time should be about an hour.
