Caesar Dressing

Caesar salad is one of my favourite salads either as a side or with some chicken for a full meal.


2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmigiano cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. hot sauce (or to taste)


In a bowl or food processor, add the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix or pulse everything together. Add the mayo, parmigiano, salt and pepper mix until well combined. The dressing will keep well in the fridge for a week for a week.
